The following terms and conditions apply:

Payments and Shipping Policy

​

Delivery of download items:

 

Supply of download products: Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.

Download products are sent to you as data via E-mail within 72 hours after concluding the contract (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

The customers can download the Download items via a link shared through email. This email is sent with the access data for the Download within 72 hours after placing the order (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).

Delivery periods

​

UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

​

All orders of original artworks are processed within 2-3 business days. 

All paper or canvas prints are processed within 3-5 business days. 

All orders of hand finished prints artworks are processed within 5-7 business days. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

 

With our Standard Delivery, your order arrives at a UK address within approximately 5-7 business and non UK address within 7-30 business days at your address in secure, specialty packaging.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number and estimated delivery time. 

​

We ship to the UK, USA, all EU Countries & EEC Countries, and many more. If your country is not available, please contact us and we'll do our best to deliver to your door. The Canvas Prints and Original Artworks to Russia or Ukraine and others countries which have shipping cost from £200 and over can be sent without canvas stretchers in a tube container for much lower costs. Please ask us individually.

International orders may incur customs duties (intra EU orders excluded) which are not included in the shipping costs. St8ofArt will make every attempt to minimise customs charges in accordance with international shipping regulations. Orders with items of different sizes will be shipped at the rate of the largest picture in the order.

 

ORDERING & DELIVERY

​

As soon as we receive your order, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Normally, we deliver your order within 5-10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out.

We ship worldwide. Please note that shipments to countries outside of the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

SHIPPING CHARGES

​

Shipping prices depend on destination, size and weight and will be added at checkout. Please contact us with any shipping queries and we'd be delighted to help.

Return and Cancellation Policy

​

We have a 14 days return policy. If you’d like to return your artwork, make sure you let us know within this time frame.

We accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made (this is due to time zone differences).

In case of cancellation 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials.

In case of cancellation 2-3 days after the order was placed, buyers will be responsible for a holding charge of 50%.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that St8ofArt doesn’t cover return shipping cost. We recommend using a delivery service with a tracking number. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To return your product, you should mail your product within 7 days after receiving the parcel.

​

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​

In the unlikely case that your artwork arrives damaged, we’d work with you to get this resolved. St8ofArt is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. If you receive a damaged painting please save the damaged box, so we can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All our paintings are fully insured. In the case if you'll receive a damaged product we refund the money. But only after we receive the original item back.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ada@st8ofart.co.uk

 

REFUNDS

​

We’ll process your refund or credit once the artwork has been delivered and condition checked by us.

Refunds back to your bank account will take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Further details on payment

 

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.
